I've had some amazing postpartum clients I've been able to work with recently!!! I am in Hampton Roads until September! I'm booking for postpartum only for the rest of my time here!

I handle daytime visits to help support Mom and baby as well overnights! I can assist with meal preparation as well.

Something I've been wondering, when it was time to push did you push on your back or differently?
Was the options made known to you that could be in different positions to push even with an epidural?
What position did you push in and was it easier for you???
