Our Independent Living and Assisted Living residents are always eager to support local organizations and give back to the Hampton Roads community. 👏

Recently, they came together to donate 79 pounds of nonperishable food items to the Virginia Peninsula Foodbank — enough to help approximately 65 families in the area.

Their generosity, compassion, and servant hearts continue to inspire us all. At , caring for our community is always at the heart of what we do. 💙

The Buckroe Beach Farmers Market is always a favorite attraction for our residents. 🧺🍉

We had the chance to explore a variety of food trucks and local vendors offering fresh vegetables, baked goods, handmade crafts, everyday essentials, and unique one-of-a-kind items.

It was a beautiful day to get outside, enjoy the breeze, and get some steps in along the beach! 🌤️

Ready, set, bowl! 🎳

Our residents had a blast at Century Lanes landing strikes, spares, and splits. 🏆

There was competitive energy, encouragement, and nonstop laughter as everyone enjoyed time together.

A special highlight of the day was Ms. Avis bowling for the very first time! 👏

Our residents enjoyed a beautiful day in Williamsburg experiencing the Musical Swings, a one-of-a-kind outdoor art installation created by the architectural studio Daily tous les jours! 🎶🤩

Each swing plays a different musical note, encouraging visitors to work together to create their own unique melody.

As our residents swayed back and forth, the space came alive with the gentle music of the swings mixed with joyful laughter and smiles all around.

The art of swinging came right back like we never stopped, and was a wonderful reminder that happiness can often be found in the simplest things. ✨

A beautiful morning in our courtyard brought plenty of sunshine, smiles, and simple joys for our Sweet Memories residents. 🌿🌤️

We continued our Signature Program where we resume our once-daily habits that we may have done in past years.

Surrounded by fresh air and greenery, our residents enjoyed gardening, relaxed conversation, and talking about our plans for the garden. 🤩

Our Independent Living residents had a wonderful time hopping aboard the Yorktown Trolley for a fun-filled day of sightseeing and local history! 🚋✨

From the charming Village of Yorktown to the historic Yorktown Battlefield and Victory Center, the group enjoyed exploring some of the area’s most beloved landmarks and attractions along the way.

With beautiful views, fascinating stories, and plenty of laughter shared between stops, it was the perfect adventure filled with discovery, friendship, and unforgettable memories together! 🤩
