Hello everyone! It feels like just yesterday I was opening my doors, and I’m so happy to announce today marks the 8th Anniversary of Bodyworks Massage!

I built this practice with a vision of creating a relaxing space for healing and restoration, and thanks to your incredible loyalty and support, that vision is stronger than ever!

Watching Bodyworks Massage grow from a dream into a thriving practice has been an incredible journey! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to help so many of you feel better and achieve your wellness goals.

My mission as a Certified Massage Practitioner is to treat every individual according to their specific needs. Each session is customized to meet those needs by integrating various modalities of massage such as; Swedish massage, Myofascial Release, and Neuromuscular Therapy into each session. I am committed to my personal growth and continuing education as a massage therapy professional and to working together with my clients to promote their knowledge and participation in this powerful self-healing process.
