Due to anticipated weather conditions and out of an abundance of caution, all VersAbility staff will operate on a two-hour delay on Monday, February 23, 2026. Please review the details below carefully, as guidance varies by program and role.

Waiver Day Support & ICF Programs
-Waiver Day Support (Copeland and Fishing Point): Two-hour delay.
-Puller Center: CLOSED
-ICF Day Support: Two-hour delay
-Community Living leadership will provide additional instructions.

Leadership and Salaried Employees
-Two-hour delay (report by 10:00 AM).
-Division leaders should use discretion and make safety-based decisions in the best interest of their teams and current weather conditions.

Business Operations
-Two-hour delay.
-Business Operations leadership will provide additional instructions.

Residential Staff (ICF/Waiver)
-Two-hour delay.
-Community Living leadership will provide further guidance regarding any necessary shift adjustments.

Government Contract Staff and Employees
-Please follow the scheduling guidance provided by your respective base locations.
-Government Contracting staff should follow instructions from their immediate supervisor.

Scott Howland, a graduate of VersAbilityTECH’s welding program, is bringing his skills full circle.

Now contracted by VersAbility, Scott is working in the forklift bay at our Hampton warehouse welding metal plates onto the floor to enhance safety throughout the space.

There’s nothing better than seeing training turn into opportunity—and graduates return to make an impact where their journey began.
