Registration for Camp Community Connection is now open for Newport News middle school students to include rising 6th graders. Registration is capped at 20 students and will be taken on a first come, first serve basis. Camp will be held July 13 – 17, 2026 at Brittingham – Midtown Community Center from 9am – 4pm daily.

The Newport News Police Department is proud to support Autism Awareness Month in April. We remain committed to providing valuable training for our officers to learn how to meet the needs of individuals in our community with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
