💥Reduce Time Spent Sitting💥
The average person is awake for 15-16 hours per workday. And if you sit for 8 hrs, that's 53% of your day not moving your spine.

Even if you get 30 minutes of physical activity on most days of your work week, you still might be at risk of adverse metabolic and spinal health effects from prolonged sitting.
So what can you do?!
✅ Aim to minimize sitting for no longer than 30 minutes
- Set a timer and when it goes off, move, stretch, run in place (don't sit!)
- This counteracts the negative effects from sitting too long and keeps a stimulus through your spine to your 🧠 to tell all your cells to utilize energy and not store it away as fat.
