This means you can be assured of the quality of your product. On Sunday July 21, 2013 one of our best friends Carlos Renfro passed away at the age of 49. We were with him all day at our natural bodybuilding show, The OCB Natural Yankee Classic and he was an important part of our shows. He was surrounded by a ton of friends throughout the day Saturday! Carlos would run our vendor table and then come on stage for the awards to hand out trophies! It was such an honor to have him on the stage with us! He was a man who gave everything and asked for little. It didn't matter who you were he was there with a smile and always willing to help whether it was your prep, diet, training, posing or life. C-Los was a person who when you met him you had a friend for life. This guy just lit up your life, his huge pearly white smile, and intoxicating laugh. I mean you could hear his laugh from 3 miles away. He was always there to listen and always said the positive thing to get your mind back in the zone. In our small bodybuilding community he was like no other. Bodybuilders come and go but this man was not only a great physique, he made bodybuilding an art. He lived for bodybuilding and he had the perfect balance and passion for it. When I would talk to my competitors about how competitions can make or break you I would use C-Los as an example of how balance with training, diet, work and life should be. He stayed in shape year round which made everything easier when getting ready for contest prep. His posing routines meant something to him as well as he put all his love for the sport into his routines. He would move flawlessly into each mandatory showing off his aesthetics, he just loved doing it. He was more than just a bodybuilder though, everyone who came in contact with him was infected by his smile, laugh and humor. Carlos may have left us in body but not in spirit, each day we train we will forever hit one more rep in his honor! We will forever remember C-Los for his smiles, laughs, friendship, dedication, honesty, hugs and C-Los dew rags. You are one of the best bro!
