The Empowerment Network, LLC TEN strives to preserve and strengthen autonomy and self-advocacy.

The Empowerment Network LLC (TEN) provides intellectual and developmental services through its Empowered Living Services Program, to adults receiving a Virginia DD Waiver. The Empowerment Network, LLC is a community based counseling agency for youth and adults that are experiencing significant behavioral challenges and/or emotional disturbance within their home, school and community settings. We s

ervice all of the Peninsula and Tidewater area and are a government funded program by Medicaid, so there is no cost to the client. It is the mission of The Empowerment Network, LLC (TEN) to empower families by using a holistic approach to provide high quality, effective community-based treatment to youth, and their families. TEN strives to preserve and strengthen family unity and prevent individuals from being removed from their homes and communities to more restrictive treatment facilities such as psychiatric hospitals and juvenile detention. TEN works closely with school administration, court services, other service providers and various community supports to collaborate with and connect individuals and families to resources that will aid in successful progression.
