It’s still Community Week at CrossFit Fort Monroe, so classes are FREE—which means you, your friend, and your questionable decision-making are all invited.
We’ve got a partner-style Hyrox-inspired workout that starts off strong… and then just keeps going like it forgot how to stop. You’ll bike, move, jump, and at some point look at your partner like, “We’re still doing this, huh?”
Fast rounds, short rest, and just enough chaos to make it fun.
