Marcus is a young man with many interests. He enjoys movies, videos, 3D puzzles, his iPad, his headphones, and everything Barney! He also likes going to water parks; and is an animal lover who enjoys going to the zoo. He loves to figure things out and is always ready to help around the house, whether it be fixing something, cleaning, laundry, or yardwork. Marcus' favorite foods are burgers, pizza, and French fries! His fitness goals are to increase muscular endurance and strength.

Zackery "Zach" celebrated his birthday on June 5th and had his favorite Asian dish, General Taos Chicken! He is musically gifted and loves singing, dancing, and playing the drums. His favorite artists are Michael Jackson and Bruno Mars. He loves going on walks, and his fitness goals are strengthening and building muscle tone.

Milly In Motion is SO HAPPY to announce its newest partnership with Uncharted Adaptive Fitness, located in Newport News, Virginia (within CrossFit Liquid). Pictured with Milly and Carol is Owner, Sarah Tucker. Sarah is a certified ATA Adaptive and Inclusive Trainer, and holds a Master of Physical Therapy, and a BS in Health and Science Studies.
