What We Offer:
✅ $18/hr for Behavior Technicians | $22/hr for RBTs

Position Highlights:
🕗 Weekday, center-based hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–6 PM)
📅 Start part-time (15–25 hrs/week), potential for full-time
💼 Flexible if currently working at another facility
Responsibilities:
✨ 1:1 ABA therapy and behavioral support
📊 Data collection, documentation, and reporting
👥 Collaborate with BCBAs/BCaBAs
👶 Work directly with children in a fun, engaging environment
Requirements:
✔️ High school diploma (college experience preferred)
✔️ 1+ year working with individuals with developmental disabilities
✔️ Ability to walk, run, and play with children
✔️ Pass background check, TB test, and hold CPR/BLS certification
✔️ Willingness to get RBT certified within 90 days
📍 Must be able to commute or relocate to Hampton, VA 23666
