Every no is also a yes to something.

Saying no to CrossFit was saying yes to the beginning of a healthier relationship with my own inner masculine.

It was the moment I stopped silently competing with my husband
and started learning how to love my body, myself in new ways and the masculine.

It broke my heart.

It crushed me in ways I didn’t expect.

It left me weak in all the ways.

It took two years to crawl out of the deficit I left myself in.

I would do it all again.

This version of me is worth it.

I am ALWAYS worth it and so are you. XoM

So grateful for this man.

Life just keeps getting better. 

Believe it or not tonight was the first time I led us through a meditation practice and it was 🥵🔥

As we finished, I couldn’t help but think back to 2018 when this all began…terrified he’d laugh or be mad I wanted to check out an intutive woman who I thought couple help me with my ppd.

But tonight… he sat before me, anchored in his masculine, me fully in my feminine channeling a meditation for us. 🤯

Things have never felt so right. ✨
