Please join us in welcoming Bruce the Blue Spruce to our sensory garden. Jess, Rachel and Ryan helped Bruce move in; he’s small now but grow slowly over the next decades (!!) to provide year round color to the garden and a prickly sense (for those daring enough to touch him!).

We are officially recruiting for our 2026 cohort of VAFARMS! VAFARMS is a compensated work therapy program focused on sustainable agriculture. The program runs from mid-March to late October. Veterans work and learn at our farm for 2 days a week with the support of vocational rehabilitation case managers, therapists, and peer support specialists.
