Healing Spirits Wellness The Community of the Awakening Heart Tammy is a Polarity Therapist, Transformation guide, Meditation instructor, and Motivational speaker. Tammy is an intuitive healer.

Tammy Wagstaff Hawkes graduated from the Polarity Realization Institute in Ipswich, MA in 1998, where she studied Polarity Therapy and Energy Science. Polarity Therapy incorporates many of the ancient Eastern healing techniques. Some of these techniques include; Reiki, Acupressure, Cranial Therapy, Foot Reflexology, Shiatsu, Spinal Massage, Lymphatic drainage, as well as Chakra and Aura Clearing. Tammy is also a Reiki Master, Meditation Instructor and a Life Coach, Tammy has received her Certificate in Magnified Healing and is familiar with Shamanic Extractions. Some of her gifts include: Mediumship, premonition, proclamation and the ability to read energy in its many facets in order to facilitate healing that is specific for each individuals unique needs.
