My name is Tara and I am the owner of Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine. I have been in medicine since 2002 as a Registered Nurse. In 2011 I graduated from the accelerated program at the University of New Hampshire (UNH) as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and immediately became nationally recognized through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner. I grew up in the beauty industry and found it was a great union to blend beauty with medicine. I have an astute sense of safety, while my experience guides my practice to produce beautiful and natural results. Ilianna holds a master’s degree in clinical nutrition from Bridgeport University and earned her state license as “Nutritionist/Dietician” with the department of public health in Connecticut. Her studies focused on nutrition, biochemistry and functional medicine. She is board certified by the national board, Board for Certification of Nutrition Specialists (BCNS) and holds a certification in First-Line Therapy for coaching patients who struggle with metabolic syndrome and weight-loss. Ilianna has extended studies in holistic care for health and beauty, and three years of focused study in Integrative Manual Therapy. She is the founder of Nutritional Artistry, LLC.
Amanda Greco, Licensed Clinical Esthetician
A graduate of Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, Amanda has years of experience in Esthetics as well as makeup. Having started her career early on as a makeup artist for Sephora, she quickly grew in her career in Esthetics and worked as a medical Esthetician at a Best of Boston awarded salon on the prestigious Newbury Street in Boston. Amanda is certified in a number of advanced skincare treatments but also enjoys doing lash lifting and brow services, including tinting for both lashes and brows. She prides herself on integrity first and foremost as well as working on each client’s specific needs together, as a team. Her approach to treatment is all encompassing addressing lifestyle, diet, stress, and a number of other factors to help successfully treat problematic skin conditions. Creating a comfortable and trusting environment is a top priority and part of what makes treatments with Amanda so unique.
Cassie Smith, Front Desk Coordinator
Cassie Smith comes to us here at DCCM having worked in the customer service industry for several years. Previously a client of both Tara and Amanda, her passion for beauty and skin care grew while seeing the transformation in her own skin. This led her to venture out and start her career within the industry of esthetics and enroll in the Empire Beauty School’s Esthetic program, where she will receive the education to become a licensed esthetician. Her drive to learn and educate herself in this business is truly inspiring and she has quickly become a vital part of our practice with her attention to detail and glowing, bubbly personality. We look forward to being a part of her journey, as she grows in her career here at DCCM.
Crystal Gonzales, Aesthetic Business Administrator
A native of Amesbury, Massachusetts, Crystal Gonzales has worked in rehabilitation for several years. Crystal graduated from The Salter School’s accelerated practical nursing program in 2016. She then came to us as a student, where she received her certificate of completion in aesthetic medicine at Delle Chiaie Cosmetic Medicine’s school of Aesthetic Medicine. Through her training, Tara saw her quick abilities to pick up techniques and had recognized her great potential to pursue a career in aesthetics, making her the perfect fit as Tara’s protege. We are excited to welcome her to the practice and support her as she goes back to school to advance her nursing degree. Crystal’s philosophy is that cosmetic medicine can truly change the trajectory of your life. She is excited to help her patients achieve their cosmetic goals and empower them to feel more confident and beautiful on the inside as well as on the outside.
