New Class!
Vinyasa Level 2/3
Sundays at 8:30AM
Beginning Sunday September 7th
Vinyasa Level 2/3 is an intermediate to advanced level 90 minute class.
While there is still attention to proper alignment and adjustments, it is assumed that students have an understanding of foundational postures and breath regulation.
We’ll explore creative variations of powerful standing postures, arm balances, twists, back bends, hip openers as well as inversions including headstand & shoulderstand, all supported by detailed instruction, relevant alignment cues, adjustments & props when appropriate.
Breath and movement are synchronized to build heat, balance the nervous system and revitalize the body and mind while cultivating strength, discipline, and focused awareness through intentional movement and a practice of paying attention. Modifications are offered for practitioners where appropriate and additional time will be dedicated for pranayama, meditation, and relaxation.
Class is unheated, but you will sweat :)
