Alo La`a studio has closed it's doors to the public ; to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and to protect our community.
I will keep the energy in studio active by engaged in personal practices, and creative arts in studio.

I encourage each of you to go deeper in to Sadhana and Svadyaya (spiritual discipline and self study, study of sacred texts).

I send wishes of health and strong immunity to all. Protect the elderly and those who may be more susceptible to virus; stay in, social distance, wash hands and stay healthy.

May all being be happy, May all beings be free, May all beings live in the great Equanimity, free from all suffering, attraction, aversion and delusion.

Chinese Lunar New Year celebration with Dragon Dance. The rain and rainbows were auspicious blessings as we welcomed the White Metal Rat year, and start of a new 12 yr zodiac cycle.
