I know how discouraging and lonely this path can be. But you’re not alone. It’s no secret that millions are suffering with gut related issues and inflammation.

🌟 Drink warm lemon water in the morning - this will help to kickstart your digestion, support glowing skin and alkaline your system.

1. Cleanse your gut, cleanse your life. Your gut is your powerhouse and when it’s overloaded with toxins, your system feels heavy.

🌟 Start your day with warm lemon water, eat fermented and whole foods, and give your gut a break with lighter meals or gentle cleanses.

2. Breathe like you mean it. Most breathe shallow but it’s full conscious breath that fuels your cells with oxygen and awakens dormant energy.

🌟 Practice deep belly breathing even for 5 minutes and watch it shift your frequency.

3. Align with the sun. Our circadian rhythms govern our vitality. When we’re out of sync with nature, energy dips.

FIBER 💫

‘Eat more protein’ is something we’ve heard for years in the health and fitness world. But what about fiber?

For many busy professionals and families, the typical American diet is based around convenience with excessive sugar, dairy and soy products, even if they’re not aware of it. This is dramatically different from what our ancestors ate, even just a few decades ago.

Pay attention to the ‘food industry’ which does not care about your health, but making money rather.

Fiber is food for the microbiome, the millions of tiny microbes that make up our gut and serve our digestive tract. Found in fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds, peas, beans and whole grains, fiber is essential for a thriving digestion.

If you’re not consuming enough fiber in your diet, you are at risk for health issues. We have already learned from all the ‘gut health’ talk floating around wellness platforms how important it is for our overall health and wellness.

To get the full benefit of fiber, it is essential to eat variety.
