Real talk Ladies 💫

This sweet studio and these Magical Sexy Powerful Women 🌹💫

The last few months being at this studio has reminded me again of the power of community and women supporting one another.

Spontaneously decided to join a Barre Training and became certified. My love affair with fitness goes way back to Cindy Crawford and Jane Fonda VHS tapes we found in Grandma Betty’s treasure chest. If you know you know 🤪

The fun, the hard work, the great music and the lovely feeling of being a part of something that empowers women and community. And the reward of diving in, going for it, challenging ourselves 💥
