I am sitting very tired in a good way with my heart spilling over. I had the privilege and honor to be with incredibly beautiful humans at my Appreciating Abundance with Mama Earth Overnight Retreat this weekend. Tears of joy, laughter and honoring deep experiences were shared along with food, fireside stories, star gazing, a sauna with a dog 🐾(yes), hiking beautiful lands, creating walking sticks and mostly sharing with each other from the heart. How I am so fortunate to live my dream life through my work and the human to human relations I am able to nourish is beyond me. I never know how each retreat I dream up and create will turn out but they never fail to suprise me in the most wonderous of ways. It is always the beings who come, who honor their own light and energy by showing up and sparking such beautiful synergy. I believe we are lighting up the world in a time when we really need this. I am so grateful to Jen for providing our lovely location and for her grace and beauty as a host and for all of you who came. Blessed be.
