A pharmacist and E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, Lisa blends her expertise in anatomy, energy, and integrative health to guide students toward greater strength, vitality, and resilience. Her teachings draw from a rich toolkit—Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Tune Up®, Gravity Yoga®, and breathwork—empowering students to move mindfully and feel their best at every stage of life.

We’re so excited to welcome sisters Emily & Lindsay Stetzer of to the 2026 Berkshire Yoga Festival lineup!

Known for their raw honesty and gentle humor around OCD, anxiety, and mental health, Emily and Lindsay are the co-founders of Presently — a mindfulness-inspired brand that’s all about helping people feel less alone in their minds and more connected in their lives.

At this year’s festival, they’ll be leading A Mindfulness Workshop for People Who Overthink — a heartfelt session designed for anyone who feels stuck in their head and ready to meet their thoughts with more softness, compassion, and clarity.
