Hey friends, I’m doing four separate give aways this summer!! Anyone who comes in for an appointment has their name put in a drawing for free tickets to bouts 🛼 🤩

I *LOVE* walking to work when it’s super cold and wintery outside! It’s really like the colder and snowier it is, the happier it makes me to walk past my car (no shoveling or cleaning off the snow piled on my car) and stomp my way to my office, thinking to myself, “HAHAHA! You didn’t keep me down!!” while just delighting in having found all the right gear to get me a half mile down the road (and no further). 😂🥶

My friend and fellow acupuncturist, .autumkirgan is working very hard in her hometown of Asheville, NC, to get relief to her community after Hurricane Helene. Great post by - so many people have loud negative voices in their heads!

We think that voice is telling the truth because it’s loud and inside our heads, but if it were coming from a person standing in front of us we would question whether spending time with someone who speaks to us that way. Listening to the quiet, kind voice is soooo difficult, but really important to listen for. 💜
