Day four was interesting. Peculiar shapes ended up on the page, but hey, we don’t judge it. That’s NeuroSomatic art. The body speaks, we listen, and it flows out onto the page. It’s not supposed to look like anything. It’s just supposed to be. 🎨

Hey y’all, it was a very busy day in the studio. Today I wanted to try playing with some watercolors. I’m very new to watercolors and have found them to be super rewarding when used in this NeuroSomatic way.
