Yoga and Pilates are exercise methods using precise movements and poses that are synchronized to your inhale and exhale. Through the encouraging guidance of our highly trained professional instructors, you will master the principles of proper alignment, increase strength, flexibility, balance and become more aware of the mind body connection. We offer a variety of yoga and Pilates mat classes as well as Pilates Equipment Classes and Prenatal Yoga.
