We have been in independent private practice since 2008. This is the year that Doctor De Castro graduated from the first class of the Hanford Family Practice Residency Program. She has been providing primary healthcare for the men, women and children of Kings County and vicinity. While private practice has indeed been a challenge with the increase of various regulatory requirements, we still strive to take our time with each individual patient and their families. New patients and certain in office procedures are scheduled for 30 minutes. Most appointments are scheduled for 15 minutes. Those encounters which run longer are scheduled at the end of morning before lunch or at the end of the day. Thankfully, we don't have too many missed appointments. We finally put up a web page too with the addition of SculpSure and the Mona Lisa Touch women's gynecological health laser. It is our steadfast goal to provide the best care available. Doctor De Castro, Doctor Basit, Doctor Gomez and Doctor B**g each share in this commitment. They are in turn supported by the best medical assistants and nurse. I further like to believe that we have the best patients with the best outcomes too. I wish there were more than 24 hours in a day so that there would be no waiting. But the doctors do get tired as does staff. Regardless, I am thankful to have witnessed the many miracles here both big and small.
