This already seems like a lifetime ago, yet today I woke up and thought up something incredibly bold and vulnerable: My story of getting elected to city council, becoming mayor, and why I left it all behind.

Today, I'll be recording a 7 part story that I'll start sharing daily on beginning tomorrow.

I have no idea what's going to come up for me, but I know it's powerful and needs to be told.

You already know what doesn’t work.

You’ve tried hype.
You’ve tried shame.
You’ve tried forcing discipline on top of burnout.

And you’re still stuck in the cycle.

Here’s the truth:
You don’t need another reset.
You need a method that rebuilds who you are—not just what you do.

This is about consistency that doesn’t disappear when life gets full.
A body that feels strong without punishment.
Motivation that doesn’t rely on a mood.

You’re not stuck here.
Your foundation just needs to be rebuilt—with leadership, not pressure.

Inside Motivation-Built Body, I help high-performing women like you finally embody the version of themselves they keep chasing.

The version that doesn’t fall off.
That doesn’t need to “start again.”
That doesn’t hustle for worthiness.

If that’s the life you’re ready to live—

You wake up with energy—not guilt.

Your schedule isn’t fighting your fitness.
Your meals don’t come with shame.
Your workouts don’t feel like punishment.

You move because you want to.
You eat to fuel—not to earn.
You rest without justifying it.

And the best part?
You trust yourself now.

You’re no longer starting over every Monday.
You’re no longer spiraling every time life gets busy.
You’re no longer outsourcing your power to another program, another plan, another “this time will be different.”

Because this time is different.

You’ve built internal consistency.
You’ve reconnected with your body.
You’ve shifted from performance to partnership.

That’s the power of identity-led health.

This is the life we build in Motivation-Built Body.

DM “TRUST” if you’re ready to live it.

If I took your favorite excuse away… what would you have left?

For high-achievers, the excuse usually isn’t lazy.

It sounds reasonable. Responsible, even.

“I’m just too busy right now.”
“I can’t stay consistent with my schedule.”
“There’s just too much going on.”

But if we’re honest—life isn’t suddenly going to give you time back.

Discipline doesn’t happen after life gets less chaotic.
It happens when you learn to lead yourself through the chaos.

Because it was never about time.
It’s always been about trust.

If your foundation is built on shame, motivation will always feel like a sprint.
But when you rebuild from identity—when you trust yourself to follow through without extremes—consistency becomes a side effect.

Busy isn’t the problem.
Misaligned priorities and broken trust are.

Want to know how to move through your favorite excuse, without guilt?

You don’t struggle with discipline.
You live and breathe it every single day.
You show up for your career.

You lead at home.
You handle stress, deadlines, and people counting on you.

So why does your health still feel like the one area you can’t get right?

Why does consistency always slip through your fingers the second life gets busy?

Here’s the truth:
It’s not discipline you’re missing.
It’s not even willpower.

It’s that you’ve been given methods that were never built to last.
Quick fixes.
Restrictive plans.
Coaches who hand you a checklist but never teach you how to anchor it in who you are.

That’s why you start strong and still end up starting over.

Because consistency isn’t about trying harder—it’s about alignment.
When your habits align with your identity, they stop feeling forced.
They start feeling natural.

And that’s when it finally sticks.

If you’re tired of fighting yourself just to stay on track…
DM ‘TRUST’ and I’ll show you how to build a foundation that doesn’t crumble when life gets busy.

I don’t coach bodies. I lead identities.

Most coaches will hand you a plan and call it leadership.
They’ll give you the same advice they give everyone else.
“Track your macros.”
“Be more disciplined.”
“Just want it more.”

And when that doesn’t work?
They’ll assume you weren’t ready.
That you didn’t try hard enough.
That you just weren’t built for consistency.

But what if that’s a lie?

What if the real issue is that no one ever taught you how to build trust with yourself?

What if the problem isn’t your lack of discipline—but their lack of leadership?

The truth is: you’ve been doing what everyone else says you should do.
But “shoulds” don’t build consistency.
Identity does.

That’s where my work begins.

I don’t just coach you through workouts.
I guide you into a version of yourself who moves, eats, and shows up in a way that finally feels like you—not a punishment, not a performance, not another plan to fall off of.

Because when your habits are rooted in who you are (not what you’re trying to fix),
You stop starting over.
You stop hiding behind excuses.
You stop outsourcing your power to another app, trainer, or trend.

You finally trust yourself again.

If you’re tired of being shamed into short-term plans that don’t stick,
You’re not the problem.
The method is.

And I built a new one.

DM ‘READY’ if you’re done with “starting again Monday.”
You’re not here for more noise.
You’re here for leadership.

I'm guilty of this one.

I'm guilty of not understanding the part motivation plays in creating the discipline this statement throws around so flagrantly.

Wanna argue the point?

Let's do this.

Think of something you're disciplined in. The thing that's a non-negotiable, that you do no matter what.

Got it? Cool.

Now think of why you do that thing.

Ex. You always make your bed every day.

Why? Why do you expend the time and energy to make the bed, even if you may be the only one to see it messy. Even when you're just going to get into it later?

For me, it's because it brings me calmness from having a tidy room, like my head is clearer. I like the feeling of crisp sheets that aren't already rumpled when I get into bed at night.

Others may have heard making your bed everyday means it's the very first productive thing you can do.

Point is, the reason behind the discipline is the motivator.

There's an outcome you desire.

Same is true for those successful in their health. The discipline to go to the gym and eat healthy, unprocessed foods comes from the

You don’t have a discipline problem.
You have a motivation misfire.

Because discipline isn’t where you start — it’s what you build when your motivation is fueled by something deeper than “shoulds” and “have to’s.”

Telling someone they just need discipline is like telling them to “land on their feet” while they’re mid-backflip… without ever teaching them how.

Here’s the truth:
💡 Motivation is the spark.
💡 Desire for change is the fuel.
💡 Discipline is the structure that naturally follows.

When you know why the change matters and what’s at stake if you don’t follow through, action stops feeling like a fight, and starts feeling like self-respect.

That’s how you train the body that motivation built, not the one discipline failed.

If you’re tired of the cycle of starting and stopping, it’s time for a method that actually works with you, not against you.

🔥 Comment “SPARK” and I’ll send you the first step.

If I took away your favorite excuse today… what would you have left?

The one you tell yourself so you can feel justified for staying stuck.
“I’m too busy.”
“I can’t stay consistent.”
“It’s just not the right season.”

You run companies, households, and a hundred moving pieces…
but you’re letting this be the reason you don’t feel strong in your own body?

That’s not your truth. That’s your comfort zone talking.

So—what’s the excuse you’ve been leaning on?
Drop it in the comments.
I’ll give you the exact workaround I use with my clients to dismantle it—so you never have to use it again.

08/13/2025

The truth?
Having dessert isn’t what’s been holding you back.
It’s believing you have to cut it out completely to “be good.”

I’ve watched too many people white-knuckle their way through a program — skipping every treat, saying no to every dinner out — only to faceplant into a box of cookies a month later.
Restriction blows up in your face, every time.

Being “in shape” isn’t about avoiding cake forever.
It’s knowing you can have it, enjoy it, and keep moving toward your goals without spiraling.
Because you’ve built the kind of habits and trust in yourself that make a slice of cake just… a slice of cake.

This is the part most programs skip — teaching you how to live in a way you can sustain when the “plan” is over.
And if you don’t learn that, you’re not building a lifestyle… you’re building a countdown to your next “start over.”

Train the body that motivation built — not the one willpower abandoned.
If you want to build results that can handle birthdays, holidays, and real life, let’s talk.

Do you want to get in shape… or do you want to BE in shape?
There’s a difference.
One is a journey.
The other is a lifestyle you’ll never have to start over from again.

I have proven methods that get you into shape quickly.
Of course you want them.
But will you actually do them?

If I told you to drink one magic shake and see dramatic results, you’d probably say yes — because it’s easy.

But if I told you the real proven methods are rest, water, strength training, and consistency… would you still say yes?
Even knowing they’re guaranteed to give you mind-blowing results?

That’s where enthusiasm wavers.
Not because you don’t want the results — but because it takes commitment, trust in yourself, and the right plan to follow through.

Maybe you’ve been here before:
• After Keto, the weight crept back.
• After 3 months of classes, the improvements stalled.
• The motivation faded… and you didn’t want to start over again.

Getting in shape is not the same as being in shape.
And when you work with me, you’re not just chasing a number on the scale — you’re training the body that motivation built, not the one willpower abandoned.

Confidence when you walk into any room.
Energy that makes people wonder what you’re doing differently.
A body you’re proud of because you earned it — and you know exactly how to keep it.

I don’t just hand you a plan.
I walk with you while you confidently execute it — until it feels like second nature.

Taking a step back in time to 2021 with picture # 1. This is what I mean when I say it's taken me a while just to get where I currently am (pic 2).

Most of this growth took place from '22-'24.

I've had an uphill battle with a wrecked metabolism that prioritized belly fat over muscle growth.

I've put a lot of work into correcting those issues this past year, and the muscle I lost during that time (I was inconsistent in the gym) is very quickly coming back.

I'm consuming less calories than before by cutting out alcohol (1700 vs 2500), yet have put on over a lb. in just a little over a week.

I'm anticipating putting on 8 lbs of muscle over the next 5-6 months thanks to the fact I carried more muscle before - it comes back quicker than had I never had it.

I'm also expecting to plateau at 117lbs (I'm 5'4") with my waistline shrinking during this time. That is the goal, to see the scale stay the same yet lose body fat while I'm building fat torching muscle.

No heavy cardio. Just lifting heavy, brisk walks, and focusing on protein.
