Hanford Post Acute At Hanford Post Acute we care about each patient uniquely. We believe in providing premium rehabilitation and skilled nursing after a hospital stay.

Our goal is to Make People Better! Residents come to receive rehabilitation services. We treat each residents needs uniquely and strive daily to get each one back to their prior level of function and back home to family! Services included are 3 meals a day, activities, snack cart, outings, dietary needs, hair and podiatry services. Come by for a tour and experience the difference. We are under new management, ownership and operations!
