I'm easing my way back into drum making and starting to look ahead to offering workshops again.

Honestly, I miss creating with my hands, and I miss the connection that comes from the workshops.

I'm starting to explore spaces and interest here in Montana (and maybe beyond). If you know of a space or group that might be a good fit, let me know. Thank you!

Drum making has been at the heart of my work for several years now.

I'm easing my way back in and looking forward to offering drum-making workshops again here in Montana.

One thing I know as a business owner myself is that the admin side of running a business can create the most stress. Not because it’s hard, but because it never ends.

Emails, scheduling, invoices, follow-up’s, job tracking…..it all adds up when you are also doing the actual work that brings in income.

That’s the gap I help fill.

I offer steady, behind the scenes administrative support for small businesses that want things handled calmly and consistently, without a lot of back and forth.

Remote or local.

I created Reclaim Your Spark – Fall because so many of us, myself included, spend years tending to everyone else.
Family, work, responsibilities… all the things that need us.

Somewhere along the way, our own spark gets pushed to the side.

This program is a space to come back to it.
Each month you’ll get a short teaching, one simple practice, and a few journal prompts to help you reconnect.

October’s spark is ashes, the clearing, the letting go, and the noticing of what still feels alive underneath it all.

You can start anytime and move in your own rhythm.
$33 for the full season — October, November, and December.

No one really talks about the in-between.

We talk about endings, loss, lessons, and letting go.
And we love beginnings, fresh starts, the new vision, the “next chapter.”

But the space in between?
The hallway between what ended and what hasn’t begun?
That’s the hard part.

That’s where I am right now.

We’ve been in Montana for a couple of weeks, staying with my daughter. I’m so grateful for that soft place to land while we figure things out. Joe has a doctor’s appointment coming up, and I’m looking for work, trying to find my rhythm again.

It’s strange, there’s no clear direction yet, but there’s still life happening.
The mornings are cold and quiet. The coffee still tastes good.
And somehow, that feels like enough for now.

I’m learning that the in-between is where patience and trust get built.

If you’re in that space too, I see you.

Tell me what your in-between looks like these days. I’d love to hear.

S**t I Wish Someone Would’ve Told Me:

Healing isn’t always gentle.
Sometimes it rips through your life like a storm
and leaves you standing in the wreckage wondering where the hell to begin.

I’ve lived through the kind of healing that doesn’t feel like healing while it’s happening.
The kind that takes everything (relationships, identity, direction) and burns it down
before you have any idea what’s going to rise from the ash.

I used to think healing would feel good.
That it would bring peace, clarity, maybe even relief.

But the true healing?
The kind that comes when you stop pretending you’re fine?
That kind of healing will knock you on your ass.

It’s not soft.
It doesn’t come with a plan.
And it rarely makes sense while you’re in it.

It’s just you, sitting in the middle of the wreckage, trying to figure out what’s worth salvaging and what needs to be left behind.

It’s messy. It’s tiring. It’s real.

That’s where I’ve been.

If you are there too and you’re looking for something quiet and steady to help you stay connected to yourself while you move through it, Reclaim Your Spark is open through the end of October.

You’ll get immediate access to the October content, and November and December will unlock as we move into each month.

It’s simple. Sacred. Low-pressure.
Just something to hold onto while you find your way.

We’ve been in Montana now for a little over a week, and truth is, I’m struggling.

I haven’t found my rhythm yet. I’m living in someone else’s house, job searching, and trying to figure out what comes next. Every “no” makes me want to pack up, go back to the camper on the mountain, and hide where it feels safe.

I haven’t shared coffee with the ancestors. I haven’t built an altar. I haven’t even opened my journal since we've been here.

But yesterday, I stepped outside, put my feet on the ground, and offered a small prayer of gratitude. Just that one thing.

And today, I’m going to find one more small way to come back to my practices.

That’s really what Reclaim Your Spark is about — coming back to yourself through the small, steady things that help you remember who you are.

If you’ve been feeling disconnected or off track, maybe this is for you, too.
$33 for the full season. You’ll get October’s spark right away when you join.

We’ve landed in Montana. Trying to figure things out - I’ve got a job interview today, and I'm both hopeful and nervous.

Right now, life feels a lot like ashes, the letting go, clearing, and noticing of what’s left after change.

October’s spark inside Reclaim Your Spark – Fall happens to be ashes, too. It lines up with where I’m at. Letting go, sifting through, looking for that little spark that I know is still there.

This fall came as a gut punch.
A 7-day notice.
A for-sale sign in the yard.
Packing up and moving into our camper with little notice.

The room where I made drums — gone.
The home we thought we’d grow old in — gone.
The steadiness I thought I could count on — gone too.

People love to dress “letting go” up like it’s peaceful or spiritual. But often, it’s not. It can rip you open. It leaves you raw. It sometimes feels like betrayal, grief, rage.

And yet the trees keep reminding me: you don’t get to hold on forever. What falls becomes the ground for what’s next. Even bare branches are still whole.

That’s where I’m standing right now. Maybe you are too.

👉 If you’re in your own fall season and want something steady to hold onto, Reclaim Your Spark is open now. You can check it out here: https://www.tinazufelt.com/reclaim-your-spark-fall

I’ve been contemplating October’s theme: ashes.

Ashes aren’t just what remains from the fire. Ashes are light, soft, and they actually feed the ground for what comes next.

That feels like where I’m at right now, noticing what’s burned itself out in me, and what I don’t need to keep carrying.

That’s where we start in Reclaim Your Spark – Fall. You’ll get October’s spark as soon as you sign up, and November and December will open as we move through the season.

$33 for the whole season - learn more and sign up here: https://www.tinazufelt.com/reclaim-your-spark-fall
