After decades of serving Hannibal & surrounding area in protecting the lives of those most vulnerable & being a support for mothers in need, Birthright of Hannibal has come to a close as of March 1st, 2025.

During season, we encourage you to direct your volunteer efforts & donations to our like minded friends at Options for Women in Hanniibal or Birthright of Quincy.

Thanks to our community donors, we have a great abundance of 0-3 months baby girl clothing. Great brands, great quality, all freshly laundered, & ready to go! Check us out if you have a new baby girl in your life! All services & items at Birthright of Hannibal are free.

Birthright of Hannibal is seeking a director. This is a volunteer position. Respnsibilities include overseeing the facility, staffing volunteers, community outreach, stocking inventory, meeting/supporting local moms in crisis, donor development, and compiling bi-monthly reports for the board of directors. Adele was a Birthright volunteer & a caring director for many years. She epitomized kindness & was a true friend to women in need. Thank you to Adele for her many years of service & support to Birthright of Hannibal. We will pray for comfort & peace for her family & friends. ♥️

Birthright here in Hannibal at 116 South Arch Street offers friendship, love, & hope to those who are pregnant, think they may be pregnant, or who have a baby.

We offer info about pregnancy, childbirth, adoption, prenatal care, community programs, parenting classes, and basic education. We offer referrals for financial resources, counseling, & other assistance.

We offer free preganancy tests, diapers, wipes, baby bottles, pacifiers, baby shampoo, baby clothing, maternity clothing, & much more! Please stop by our office if any of these items would be a help to you. Our hours the rest of the week are:

Thursday 3:15-5:00
Friday 10:00-12:00

You may schedule an appointment outside of these hours & at a time convenient to you by calling/texting our director, Elise, at 573-541-9305.

Birthright is in need of winter clothing items (2T & smaller) as well as large baby items such as pac n plays, high chairs, etc.

WE ALSO NEED VOLUNTEERS 10:00-12:00 MONDAY & WEDNESDAY.

Volunteering at Birthright is extremely rewarding as you come in each week to give away what we have been given. Contact Elise Burch if you’d like to learn more about volunteering. It is a great thing for friends to do together!♥️

Birthright here in Hannibal at 116 South Arch Street offers friendship, love, & hope to those who are pregnant, think they may be pregnant, or who have a baby. Please refer anyone in this situation to us & we would be happy to help. Also, let us know if you are interested in being a part of Birthright & helping us love the babies in our community. We have volunteer positions that need filled! ♥️ We accept preemie-2T (new or gently used) clothing. We also accept maternity clothing. We are in special need of play yards/play pens. Financial donations are also needed & can be sent to above address or dropped at office.

We offer info about pregnancy, childbirth, adoption, prenatal care, community programs, parenting skills, & childcare. We offer referrals for financial resources, counseling, & other assistance. We are a crisis pregnancy center. We also work to help those in need become more independent beyond the crisis by connecting to resources such as education, public transportation, budgeting classes, & other resources.
