So this Wednesday will be my first try at this. Menu plan for Wednesday: White Chicken enchiladas (homemade enchilada sauce....i dont believe in cream of chicken soup, fresh chicken, fresh tortillas, green chilis, cheese, and green onions if wanted) and Mexican rice brown rice, corn, cilantro, black beans, lime, tomatoes) These are very tasty! Even my kids gobble them up. I am offering 5 of these pre made meals to be delivered to you on Wednesday. All you do is heat them up in the oven. If you would like a meal delivered the cost is 18.00 and it is a 9x13 pan of enchiladas and a pie pan size serving of Mexican rice. Cheaper than the drive thru!!!!!!! OK. I have had this idea brewing in my mind for a little over a year now. I am making some life changes (for the better I hope) and I am tired of always wondering what if? SO.....here it is. My passion. What I love. Cooking. I am starting very small. I will be offering pre-made(never frozen) meals that you pop in the oven at home, making getting dinner on the table easier for you and healthier for all. I always try to use whole, organic ingredients when available, and ALL meals will be cheaper than a trip to the drive thru.....most meals will include an entree and a side for $20.00 and under and feed a family of 4-6. Until I know this will make it, I will be doing this from my home, but God willing at some point that will change. Anyway, for now I will offer a fresh meal 2 nights a week. Usually on Monday and Wednesday. I will only offer a certain amount so once they are gone, they are gone. I will post what the meal will be a few days prior, then will prepare and deliver to you on the day. I hope to have a menu up within the next week so you will be able to enjoy dinner with your family!!!!

Hello everyone! I love to cook. I am a good cook. Dinner around the table is so hard to make happen most nights but is so important as a family. That's where I come in. I make homemade (whole, organic ingredients when available..no jarred sauces, dressings, all homemade) dinners for your family for the same price or cheaper than you can take a family through the drive thru for. All of my meals are under $20.00and include a side item and feeds family of 4-6 people. They are pre-prepared (not frozen) so you just take them home and pop them in the oven. Easy, cheap and much healthier than a typical fast food meal and without all the extra gunk added. I am planning on starting this in the next few weeks. More details to come!!!!!!
