Hello, my name is Sharon Metzger. I am the owner of Sharon’s Personal care home. I have been working in the medical field for 30 years. I began caring for my grandparents which then led me to become an LPN. From there, I started working in nursing homes. I worked with ALZ patients for over 10 years. I have always had a heart for the elderly. When this personal care home was ran under another ownership, I was the administrator for the first 5 years. I always hoped one day I would be able to buy this personal care home and on August 27th, 2025, God opened the door and I was able to purchase this facility.
My Vision for Sharon’s personal care home is to make it a place you can call HOME. all rooms have a home like atmosphere and are fully furnished. We have a first floor and second floor. That has access to chair lift. 1st level has bedrooms, kitchen, dining hall. 2nd floor has bedrooms, lounging area, large front porch with rocking chairs. We also have a picnic area out back for residents to enjoy the outside.
