We invite Veterans and their families to join us next week to take some time for rest, healing and rejuvenation, with the gift of a free class at Rise using discount code: Gratitude25. Whether this is your first time ever practicing yoga or your thousandth, you are welcome here. Our team is prepared to hold space for a wide variety of physical, mental and emotional needs, including trauma-informed approaches to instruction and accessibility for common injuries and disabilities. On November 10, we offer our weekly Monday night Yin Yoga class at 7 pm, taught by US Airforce Veteran Chris Sampson, who has a passion for teaching more restorative forms of yoga to serve communities with PTSD and chronic pain. We thank you for your service and hope you will join us Monday night at Rise.

✨ Do Not Let Fear Decide for You ✨

Fear has a way of closing doors before they even open. Yoga teaches us another way. On the Eight-Limbed Path, we learn that true freedom comes not from avoiding fear, but from meeting it with awareness, compassion, and steadiness.

Yamas & Niyamas remind us to live with integrity, kindness, and self-discipline—even when fear tempts us to shrink back.

Asana teaches the body how to be steady and open, even in uncomfortable places.

Pranayama brings us back to the breath, the anchor that steadies us when fear makes the mind restless.

Pratyahara invites us to withdraw from the noise of fear and return to the quiet wisdom within.

Dharana & Dhyana cultivate focus and stillness, guiding us to see beyond fear’s illusions.

Samadhi shows us that we are more than our doubts, more than our fears—we are vast, whole, and free.

When you choose love, courage, and clarity, you are walking the path of yoga. Fear may speak, but it does not have to decide.
