Join us for a gentle yoga practice accompanied by live acoustic guitar featuring songs from Soundgarden, STP, Nirvana + more. No flexibility required. No pressure to “perform.” Just movement, breath, music, and a little space to unwind from the noise for a while.

Bring a mat. Bring yourself exactly as you are.
