Moosilauke Visions received a thoughtful card today from the LISTEN Food Pantry Team. Since we started partnering with The Works Cafe to share bagels with local food pantries about six months ago, the Moosilauke Visions team has delivered 2,265 pounds of bagels to LISTEN Community Services. We’ve also partnered with The Works Café to deliver an equal amount of bagels and other baked goods to other local pantries, including Friends of Mascoma Foundation and the Upper Valley Haven.

We thank Richard French and his team at The Works for making this possible.

This is a topic that Tim is passionate about and one that impacts all of us in one way or another. He has a wealth of experience working with mission-driven organizations on this subject and will provide actionable strategies that you implement right out of the gate.

Here are some of the topics that will be covered:
- Why investing more heavily in recruitment alone is a losing strategy.
- The 4 primary building blocks of an employee retention strategy.
- Why previous attempts at “culture change” have fizzled.
- A strategy for the next steps that you can apply today at your organization.

If you are in any way involved in HR or leadership we highly recommend hearing what he has to say; it will be time well spent.
