Give yourself permission to rest, release stress, and deeply rejuvenate your body and mind. This deeply nourishing class combines the passive, supportive postures of Restorative Yoga with the profound, guided meditation of Yoga Nidra for an experience of complete release and healing.

What to Expect

The session begins with gentle breathwork and slow, mindful movements to release preliminary tension. You will then be guided into several restorative postures, using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks to fully support the body, allowing for effortless release of deep-seated physical tension.

Once the body is completely at ease, we transition into Yoga Nidra, a unique state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. In a comfortable, reclined position, you will be led through a systematic guided meditation, including a body scan, breath awareness, and visualization, which helps calm the nervous system and quiet the overactive mind.
