Coiling is an endovascular treatment for brain aneurysms that doesn’t require open surgery. During the procedure, a thin tube is guided through an artery to the aneurysm, where a tiny platinum coil (or multiple coils) is placed inside. This causes the blood to clot and safely seal off the aneurysm from circulation, reducing risk and supporting recovery.

Reach out to your legislator today and urge them to sign onto Ellie’s Law to increase funding and save lives, https://www.bafound.org/take-action-2/advocate/our-initiatives/
