I can't help but think how there are so many people right now who are struggling. Struggling with loss, with relationships, with themselves, with practical needs like housing, food, and safety. The world can seem pretty bleak when we see all the is going wrong. It's times like this that I really appreciate all the people and organizations in our community doing just amazing work. Giving back, supporting others, people looking out and doing the right thing even if its not convienient. I love watching people support others. There is so much good in the world, so much beauty, and so many amazing people- I need to remind myself to search for the good in my every day.

It's really cool when I learn how to do something that I didn't think was easy and just knew it was harder than I thought- mainly with tech/IT situations. Well, making this QR code was really simple, and I think it's neat! Life can be like that, really foreign concepts can be viewed as really hard- but when you are walked through it, and/or supported it can be very manageable and maybe not as hard as we think!

We need GOOD sleep, nutrition, hydration, sunlight AND rest. It's a lot to balance, I know full well. When we can get all these things in our life in a consistent manner, positive thoughts follow, the confidence to take on challenges increases and we feel so much better.

I am so excited about this! Social Workers are finally getting an Interstate Compact! This means that eligible Social Workers will be able to apply for a multistate license, and this is so exciting since there is such a high demand and not enough of us to go around. The easier it can be to provide services the better!
