My cousin Julie O'Leary and her beautiful daughter Nora lost their home Wednesday in the La fires!!!!!!!!!!! If you wanted to support my family any amount would help out💜. This is my daughter Ally with Julie and Nora and I in Chatham this summer. And the before and after photos of their home . Your thoughts are like messages your body is always listening to. When the inner critic speaks harshly, it can create tension, fatigue, or even physical pain. But when you start shifting that inner dialogue to something more compassionate, your body begins to relax, heal, and respond positively.

What if you started telling yourself kinder things? Just as your body responds to the critic, it will also respond to self-acceptance + love. Little by little, you'll notice how differently your body feels when the mind is aligned with self-compassion.
