🌊 JG’s Weekend Getaway 🌊
JG had been dreaming of a beach trip all summer 🏖️, especially since it had been more than a decade since his last visit. Thanks to the dedication and support of the team 💙, that long-awaited trip finally became a reality—and it was one he’ll never forget.
In the weeks leading up, JG shared his excitement with staff about what he hoped to do: stroll the boardwalk in his sandals, feel the ocean waves at sunrise 🌅, indulge in Thrasher’s famous French fries 🍟, and try out the rides and go-karts at the amusement park 🎢. Everyone worked together to make sure those wishes came true, and the joy on JG’s face showed just how much it meant to him.
Over the weekend, Brian Kilgus PM and I had the privilege of accompanying JG to Ocean City, Maryland. From watching the sun rise over the ocean to laughing through go-kart races and amusement park rides, every moment was filled with excitement and happiness. And of course, no trip would have been complete without a stop at Thrasher’s for fries—a highlight that JG thoroughly enjoyed.
We’re deeply grateful to everyone who helped make this trip possible 🙏. JG expressed over and over how much fun he had, saying it was the best time he’s had in years. Seeing him so full of joy and gratitude was an incredible reminder of the power of teamwork, dedication, and shared experiences.
I wanted to give a big shoutout to Brian for his help with JG 👏. He was amazing—helping with seatbelts, transitions, and making sure JG had a great time. Thanks a bunch, Brian!
