✨ DSP Monday Spotlight: Heather Priggins! ✨

This week, we’re excited to recognize Heather Priggins from the Western Region! Originally from Somerset, PA, Heather now resides in Greensburg, PA and brings heart, dedication, and compassion to everything she does.

In her free time, Heather enjoys reading, listening to music, and—most importantly—spending quality time with her husband and three children. Family means everything to her, and that same care and warmth shines through in her work each day.

One of Heather’s favorite memories on the job was attending the prom that was put together this year. Seeing the individuals’ smiles and how much they truly enjoyed themselves was incredibly meaningful to her. Heather also finds joy in making an everyday impact, whether big or small, in each of her individuals’ lives—those moments are what make the work so rewarding.

Thank you, Heather, for your dedication, compassion, and the positive difference you make every single day! 💙

🌟 DSP Monday Spotlight: Brett Fabina! 🌟
This week, we’re excited to recognize Brett Fabina for his dedication, compassion, and steady commitment to the individuals he supports.

Brett has been with Focus Behavioral Health for over two years, and in that time he’s made a meaningful impact. He currently supports two individuals — including a 24/7 case where he regularly works overnight shifts. Brett goes above and beyond to make everyday moments special, like taking one individual to Tomahawks hockey games once or twice a week during hockey season. His consistency, patience, and genuine care shine through in everything he does.

The second individual Brett supports has made remarkable progress toward independence and socialization, thanks in part to Brett’s encouragement and teamwork. His ability to meet people where they are and help them grow is exactly what DSP work is all about.

Outside of work, Brett is just as awesome. He enjoys relaxing with his beloved cat, gaming, and spending time with his close circle of friends.

Thank you, Brett, for bringing heart, reliability, and compassion to Focus every single day. We appreciate you! 💙✨

Say hello to Leslie Lieb, one of our incredible Direct Support Professionals from the Central Region!

Originally from Westminster, MD, Leslie has called Hanover, PA home for the past 21 years. Outside of work, she loves baking, cooking, lifting weights, hunting, and playing sports — a true powerhouse both in and out of the workplace! 💪🍪🏋️‍♀️

Leslie says she can’t pick just one favorite memory on the job because every moment of helping individuals succeed is meaningful. She loves watching the joy and pride on their faces when they reach their goals, and she’s honored to be part of each accomplishment.

Leslie strives every day to make a positive impact in the lives of the individuals she supports and their families — and we are so grateful for the heart, dedication, and strength she brings to Focus Behavioral Health. 💜
