Meet the SSB Monday: Thomas Bradley ✨
Thomas Bradley is a Systematic Skill Builder (SSB) working out of the Central Region for Focus Behavioral Health. Originally from Carteret, New Jersey, Thomas moved to Chambersburg, Pennsylvania in 2017 in search of better opportunities and has called it home ever since.

Outside of work, Thomas enjoys reading—especially anything related to Harry Potter—going on cruises to the Caribbean (he’s been on seven! 🌴), trying new foods, and exploring new places. He also enjoys being the person who brings laughter and light-hearted moments to any group setting.

One of Thomas’ favorite memories on the job happened back in June, when a young woman he supports hosted a BBQ at Fuller Lake in Gardners, PA. He took on the role of grill master and s’more maker for the group. Some of the hot dogs ended up a bit overdone, and the s’mores left him covered in sticky marshmallow, which quickly became a running joke among attendees. The moment turned into a fun, shared experience full of laughter and connection—something Thomas values deeply in his work. ✨

Say hello to Brenda Conrad, one of our incredible DSPs from the SouthWestern region! Brenda is from Somerset, and she brings warmth, compassion, and dedication to everything she does.

Despite the rainy weather, our individuals still got out and made the most of the week! EP had an exciting trip to the Science Center in Pittsburgh with Haylie, exploring hands-on exhibits and enjoying the adventure 🧬🪐. LA took a walk with Shanna, enjoying some quiet time and movement outdoors ☁️. MS visited McConnells Mill State Park with Keith, where they took in the peaceful views and flowing water 🌲.
We love seeing everyone out and about, rain or shine — and we can’t wait to see what next week holds! ☔🌈

🌟 Meet the DSP Monday: Sammie Leigh! 🌟

This week we’re excited to highlight Sammie Leigh, a dedicated Direct Support Professional from the Southwest Region! Sammie is from Punxsutawney, PA, and when she’s not making a difference at work, she loves cooking, kayaking, and decorating her daughter’s nursery as she prepares to welcome her in November!

💬 Sammie shared one of her most heartwarming memories on the job:
"While I was shadowing, one of our non-verbal individuals learned my name and said 'love you.' It was completely out of the blue and made me so happy. The staff he was with said he had never said that before." 🥹💛

Sammie, thank you for bringing such compassion, patience, and joy to the people we support every day. We’re lucky to have you on the team!
