Happy 26th birthday JE!! 🎂

Today is the day! 🎉
Happy JE Birthday! 🥳
It’s Super Bowl Sunday, so it feels like everyone is in family + fun mode—which honestly is how I love to live.
I get asked a few questions on repeat, so for fun, here are some of the most common ones:
✨ Where did the name Jordan Essentials come from?
Do you have a child named Jordan?
No child named Jordan 😉
We originally started as Country Bunny Bath & Body. After seven years, we changed our name to Jordan Essentials, inspired by the Jordan River and the powerful biblical stories of Jesus’ baptism, crossing into the Promised Land, and the river flowing into the Dead Sea. That meaning still grounds us today.
✨ What do you think is the #1 reason JE has been successful for so long?
I’d have to say love—even if that sounds a little cliché.
Love for our people.
Love for this industry.
Love for the friendships that form here.
And love for the incredible products we get to make and share.
✨ How did Jordan Essentials become a family business?
Our kids started out sweeping floors and shredding old catalogs (and yes… they have stories 😂).
I never planned for them to work here, yet three out of four eventually did—each one leaving, coming back, and finding where their unique gifts and strengths fit best.
Seeing them live out purpose and passion alongside me, and long into the future, is incredibly rewarding.
✨ Do you plan on selling Jordan Essentials? And will you stay CEO?
Given today’s economy, this question comes up a lot—especially in direct sales.
The short answer? We’re a family business with a long-term vision and a longevity strategy. I get offers almost weekly to discuss selling, but doing so would mean stepping away from my dream of empowering others and living out my purpose through JE.
As for CEO—yes, I’m currently the Founder, Formulator, Visionary, CEO, and Chairman of the Board. If one day I were to release a role, CEO would be my choice. Operations, spreadsheets, and constant urgent decisions? A future leader with even stronger business acumen could take JE further as we continue to grow.
The future is still so bright—and 26 years feels like a badge of honor. 🏅
We sat around our kitchen table and signed the papers to incorporate on February 8, 2000.
Touchdown. 🏈💚
