The Modern Acupuncturist Abby Friend, doctor of acupuncture, specializes in microneedling and orthopedic, or dry needling. No body is the same. No one treatment plan is the same.

At Friend Acupuncture, our mission is to provide a comprehensive care plan that is as unique as YOU are. Upon meeting, we formulate an individualized treatment strategy based on your health, which includes dietary suggestions to optimize your well being. We treat all kinds of conditions utilizing both Chinese and Japanese acupuncture styles, but specialize in pain management for various conditions including correcting musculoskeletal imbalances, migraines, disc herniation. Crystal sound bath journey infused with vagus nerve stimulating auricular acupuncture:

🌟Enjoy this afternoon of self care. An opportunity to slow down, restore and rebalance with a blend of crystals singing bowls and the powerful and ancient practice of acupuncture.

🌟This session will begin with some gentle neck stretching and breathing practices to stimulate the vagus nerve ( your vagus nerve is your longest and most important nerve in your body as plays a key role in balancing our circadian rhythms)

🌟Dr. Abby will help restore your body’s homeostasis with auricular acupuncture proven to innervate the vagus nerve, will check your pulse, and place some acupuncture points specific to your body’s needs.

🌟 Rachel will then guide you into deep rest with magic of the singing bowls. (Cystral singing bowls resonate a vibration frequencies that balance the calm side of our nervous system, to help induce feeling of calmness, relaxation and wellbeing

🌟We cannot wait to host you in the relaxation lounge with PEMF and infrared mats, and nourish your body with organic teas.
