🚔 PAUL MILLER'S LAW ENFORCEMENT BEGINS JUNE 6, 2026 🚔

Starting June 6, drivers in Pennsylvania can be cited under Paul Miller's Law for using a handheld mobile device while driving—even when stopped at a red light or in traffic.

Violations carry a $50 fine plus court costs and fees.

Remember: 📵 No holding your phone while driving.
📵 No scrolling, texting, or handling your device at red lights.

✅ Hands-free technology is permitted.
✅ Emergency calls are allowed.

Distracted driving puts everyone at risk. Put the phone away, focus on the road, and help keep York County safe.

For first responders, stress is part of the job. The goal isn’t to never feel pressure, it’s learning how to regulate, recover, and return to yourself after the hard moments.

Resilience isn’t built by pushing emotions aside. It’s built through the small practices that help your mind and body feel safe enough to reset. 🌱

Your nervous system deserves care too. 💚

Here's this week's journal prompt for you to reflect on: When did I feel most “on edge” recently, and what was happening around me (or inside me) at the time? 💚

Take some time to understand yourself and your feelings a little better.
