🌿Do you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)? Mind + Body Works is approved to accept FSA and HSA accounts for Therapeutic Massage Services.

1️⃣Check Your Plan: First, ensure that your plan allows for this type of expense. Not all plans cover massage therapy.

2️⃣Letter of Medical Necessity: If you have an HSA, you’ll typically need a letter from your physician stating that massage therapy is medically necessary. For chronic aches and pains, MBW offers rehab and recovery treatment plans, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage sessions✅

3️⃣FSA Approval: If your employer offers an FSA, the plan administrator will need to approve the request before you can withdraw funds for massage therapy.
Before using your HSA or FSA for massage therapy, it’s essential to have a clear understanding of your plan’s specific guidelines. Speak with your plan administrator to ensure you’re on the right track. Your well-being is worth it!
