At Breathe Yoga, we are guided by the practice of ahimsa, non-harming, and sthira sukham, steadiness with ease. We believe care can be quiet, grounding, and deeply supportive. This space remains open for rest, gentle movement, and connection, where you are welcome exactly as you are.

We are so happy to celebrate Marie and her 100-class milestone. Marie is so sweet, and her yoga journey has been incredibly special to witness. She began by attending our New to Yoga offering last January, and here she is, coming full circle and celebrating 100 classes this January. It takes a lot of commitment, heart, and dedication to reach 100 classes in a year, and Marie did it with a big smile on her face. As she shared, “When I came to the New to Yoga class, I never realized this would become my home.” Marie, it most certainly is your yoga home. We’re celebrating Courtney and her 100-class milestone, and what a joy she is. Full of s***k and deeply committed, Courtney shows up all in. Yoga is a meaningful part of her life, and it’s felt every time she walks into the studio. She joined our community on the International Day of Yoga back in June and hasn’t looked back since. Milestone Mandala ✨ 100 Classes

We are a little behind on our Milestone Mandalas thanks to the holidays and our Winter Wind-Down social takeover, and with the New Year upon us, they are coming in like crazy.

First up, celebrating Heather McMaster and her 100-class milestone. Heather is a delight. Cheerful, vibrant, and endlessly positive, she brings such a lovely presence into the studio. Artful and creative by nature, she shows up with intention and heart, especially in the warm, and higher intensity classes like Presence & Power. When she’s not on her mat, you might find her at a local maker’s market with Girl in the Pearl, offering thoughtfully designed handmade jewelry. Heather, thank you for your consistency, your energy, and the joy you bring to Breathe Yoga. We are so grateful to celebrate you. 🧡

Come settle into a gentle evening of rest, softness, and loving care 🤍✨ This practice is all about bringing warmth back to the Self and turning your attention inward with kindness.

Gaby will hold the space with a soothing sound bath 🎶 that supports deep relaxation and calm. As the sound washes over you, Ali will guide you into comfortable restorative shapes and offer Reiki to the head, back, and lower body ✋💫 Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to unwind, release tension, and receive loving attention from within.

Together, sound and Reiki invite you to soften, feel supported, and reconnect with your own quiet inner tenderness 🌿 This session is meant to feel like a warm hug for your nervous system and your heart.

Enjoy a calming tea service upon arrival 🍵 Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable. Doors will close at the event start time to preserve a peaceful experience for everyone.
