Feeling extra lucky today… but honestly, it’s something we feel here every day 🍀

“A good friend is like a four leaf clover… hard to find and lucky to have.”

This postcard was gifted by one of our members, and it couldn’t feel more fitting. The conversations before class, the catching up on mats, the way people linger just a little longer, it’s something really special.

This community continues to grow in the most genuine way. People showing up for themselves, and for each other.

We’re excited to introduce private Reiki sessions with Ali at Breathe Yoga.

Ali’s sessions are gentle, intuitive, and deeply calming—designed to support the nervous system and invite the body into a state of ease. Each session follows a comforting flow with a Reiki body scan, individualized hands-on energy work, meditation, and time to softly reawaken and integrate.

Her approach is slow, supportive, and consent-driven, creating a quiet space to rest, release tension, and receive care.

What to expect:
• A welcoming space for rest and relaxation
• Gentle Reiki energy work (fully clothed)
• A brief meditation and time to integrate

No prior experience with Reiki is needed—just come as you are.

Breathe Yoga and Escape to Yoga invite you to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend a full day immersed in movement, nature, and deep restoration in the stunning Columbia River Gorge.

Our day begins with a moderate 3-mile guided wildflower hike at the breathtaking Mosier Plateau. We’ll move at an intentional, supportive pace, allowing time to breathe, connect, and take in the sweeping Gorge views as spring blooms surround us.

After our hike, we’ll transition into pure relaxation with exclusive access to the Society Hotel Spa. During our private hour, you’ll enjoy rotating between the hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge — a deeply rejuvenating experience for both body and nervous system.

From there, we’ll gather in the Society’s beautiful yoga sanctuary for a 1-hour Yin Yoga practice with Renee Riddle RYT, designed to help you soften, release, and fully integrate the day’s experiences.

250 Classes Strong at Breathe Yoga ✨🎉

Joe-Joe has officially completed 250 classes and earned his place on our Milestone Mandala in a BIG way.

His consistency speaks for itself — showing up again and again with focus, humility, and a deep respect for the practice. But beyond the down dogs and side planks, it’s his encouragement that makes such an impact. Joe-Joe is always ready with a kind word and steady positivity, reminding all of us why we keep coming back to the mat.

He reminds us, “I’ll be a part of this studio for as long as this studio exists.” That’s real commitment — and it means the world to our community.

Strong, steady, and grounded (on and off the mat), he brings that same energy to class and to the hiking trails — probably stopping to hug a tree or two along the way 🌲😉

As we move into March, there is a gentle invitation to keep going.

We talk a lot about consistency in the studio. Not in a way that feels rigid or pressured, but in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.

Coming back to your mat.
Coming back to your breath.
Coming back to yourself.

Over time, that kind of consistency begins to shift things. Not just in your body, but in how you move through your life.

And it helps to not do it alone.

With over 30 classes each week and a team of teachers who each bring their own perspective, life experience, and approach to the practice, there is space here for you to find what feels right and keep coming back to it.

March Matness is simply an invitation:
To show up.
To build a rhythm.
To feel supported by this community.
