Tulsi is one of my dearest plant allies for mental clarity and sustained energy.

Aka, holy basil, one of the most honored plants in Ayurveda, helps with memory, restoring energy and clearing toxins//blockages. As an adaptogen it promotes peace with a healthier stress response.

It’s the herb of awakening and deep reverence. In my herbalist tarot deck, tulsi is associated with the 20th major arcana card, representing spiritual awakening. ✨

As a tea she restores energy and as an elixir she is potent and recharging. My tulsi oxymel
“Liquid yoga”- is a strong tulsi infused apple cider vinegar blend with local raw honey. I mix this with my water daily and/or put a dropper full under my tongue for more immediate effects.
