Hey y'all!
Muscle, Mind and Soul will be going thru some changes!
Logo and *slight* name change coming... AND we will be switching platforms.
In about a week, we'll announce our new digs!
We will not support a site who's owner bows down in hopes of an oligarchy. Not to mention his statements lately have been abhorrent.
Until then we will be participating in the protest, while we figure out which platform/platforms we're headed to!
For now, our website will be much more active!
