Take Care of Your Eyes
It is not uncommon for older adults and seniors to have poor eyesight. But this does not mean that there is nothing left to do to improve their eyesight. For young people, following simple tips such as increasing vitamin A intake and reading with proper lighting can make a lot of difference. For older adults, the list is just as easy:
1. Avoid eye-related injuries
2. Monitor your blood pressure and keep it balanced
3. Exercise daily
4. Get the appropriate amount of sleep
5. Maintain a healthy diet
