Perry Farm Village

Perry Farm Village Welcome to Perry Farm Village, one of 26 Presbyterian Villages of Michigan senior living communities. PVM became a freestanding, separate organization in 1989.

Founded in 1945 by the Presbytery of Detroit, Presbyterian Villages of Michigan (PVM) is a faith-based, multi-site, 501(c) 3 organization that serves seniors of all faiths. Today, the organization has 26 senior living communities throughout the state, including continuing care retirement communities (apartments, assisted living and skilled nursing care all on one campus), subsidized senior housing, and market rate senior housing. PVM also sponsors community outreach and health ministry programs, including parish nursing and wellness programs.
