🍀 Happy St. Patrick's Day!
More of our team members were able to dig out from under the snow and we are grateful for additional support here today. Many roads in our region are still in need of clean up before safely passing. Please be safe if you must be out.
We will remain in our emergency weather protocols through the business day today, revisiting anything as we keep an eye on the next winter blast heading our way tomorrow!

With snow still coming down and winds blowing we will remain under our emergency protocols for at least another 24 hours. This means unless you hear from us regarding a significant change in your loved ones status we ask that you stay home. Our limited staff are focused on resident health and safety at this time. Please be advised that we are NOT open for visitors at this time unless your loved one has had a significant change in condition. The roads in and around Emmet County are minimally passable. Please allow our local road crews to do their work. We anticipate being in emergency operations through Wednesday morning.
Should anything change with your loved ones condition, you will receive a call from our team.
We may not respond to incoming phone calls as our staffing is limited to direct care resident needs only at this time. Please leave a voicemail on our main line mailbox and we will be checking messages throughout the day.

Please be safe out there. Our staff is working hard to keep everyone safe inside. We are staying abreast of local conditions through our County Emergency Management agency and Region 7 Healthcare Coalition. All available staff are focused on maintaining the health and safety of our residents. We may not be immediately available for phone calls and request that visitors be limited to those residents who may be experiencing a significant change in condition. Everyone else should stay home and stay safe! We will post updates as anything changes or when we will be ready to accommodate more visitors. Thank you to our first responders and those working hard to make sure our staff and those in other healthcare settings can get to/from work safely. We appreciate you!
