That’s exactly what we did — turning required nursing home training into an interactive, infection-fighting adventure.

From code green simulations to PPE challenges, teams had to "escape" 12 hands-on training sessions — and everyone survived. 💉🧤🌡️

In Loving Memory of Wendi Allen 💕 The Bay Bluffs family is mourning the loss of Wendi Allen, who greeted those who walked through our doors for more than 20 years with warmth, kindness and often a perfectly timed laugh. Wendi was more than our front desk receptionist—she was a constant, compassionate presence for staff, residents, families and visitors alike. Her wit and caring nature left an indelible mark on our community.

We are deeply grateful to Wendi’s family for designating Bay Bluffs as the recipient of memorial contributions, a reflection of the love she gave and received here every day. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

🌼 Raise the Garden Campaign Launches at Bay Bluffs! 🌼 This morning, our amazing community gathered as Bay Bluffs Foundation unveiled a vision for transforming our outdoor spaces into peaceful, accessible places for residents and guests.

🌱🌳With new walkways, wheelchair-accessible raised beds, expanded patios and more, the reimagined outdoor spaces will offer connection, calm and joy—every season of the year.

“We’re already one-third of the way to our $150,000 goal, thanks to a $20,000 donation from Bay Bluffs Foundation—matched by an additional $20,000 from Friends of Hospice of Little Traverse Bay,” shares Administrator Lisa Ashley.
