This is a picture of our FDA Mammography Inspector, Warren Freier, Angela and Robyn. Warren told me a fun fact today that BHHA was the first hospital in Montana to be Certified by the FDA for mammography! Warren has been coming here for over 25 years, and this is his last year before retirement.

In most cases your MRI can be done the same week it is ordered.

Osteoporosis Awareness and Prevention Month is observed every May to educate people about bone health and the importance of taking preventive measures. A DEXA scan uses low-dose X-rays to determine the amount of calcium and other minerals in your bones, which indicates their strength and thickness. This test helps diagnose osteoporosis, a condition where bones become weak and brittle, and can also assess your risk of fractures.

Angela Regalado attended the 2025 Mountain States Imaging Conference to learn about new CPT codes, radiology advances, and meet vendors our hospital partners with. One of the highlights for Angela was getting to take a picture with the MSU-B Radiology Program students (most of whom have done a clinical rotation with BHHA), Jenna Jones, MHA, RT (R) Program Director, and one of the vendors.
