Our Fall Schedule is live!
Tuesday 9am Flow is all about graceful transitions, coordination, balance and strength. We authentically and fluidly move between asanas (traditional poses) focusing on our breath and movements. Class ends with light weights for toning and bone building.
Thursday (9am) and Sundays (9:30) are All Level Classes that inspire yogis to personalize their practice on the mat and are invited to find a moving meditation. Each week has a theme that we weave in and out, encouraging you to practice off the mat, out in the world.
Saturday 9:30 begins 9/27
This All Level Class will bring you deep into your poses with great cueing for alignment and exploring your edge.
Friday 9am Qigong combines fluid standing movements with breath and awakening your energy field.
Friday 5pm Community Yoga is free or by cash donations (which go directly into our wellness scholarship fund) followed by 6:15 Gong Meditation (also free or by donation)
