While reading a 📖 I stumbled upon a quote that thought ess worth sharing with everyone within all my walks of life:

Some recommendations were:
-Turn off notifications and alerts on your phone
my reaction: 😬 yikes 😱 (probs yours too lol)
-Check email 2-3 times daily…
Reaction: 😟Uhm, I m doing better yhan that already 😥
-Schedule regular blocks of time to turn off your phone
Reaction: Oh, oh! All I can say is I’ll try 😳
-Create a list of your 3 most important priorities for today
Reaction:I can do that! Getting to sleep now is #1, I’ll think of the other 2 on the other side of my nap 😉

Thoughts??

"Pregnant women infected with COVID-19 are 22 times more likely to die than pregnant women not infected with COVID-19," SIU Medicine Dean and Provost shared in a special column in the State Journal-Register earlier this week. "In other words, COVID-19 infection increases maternal mortality by 2100 percent. For their infants, severe illness and death are tripled."

The bottom line: Pregnant women should receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
